 Level Up Mental Fitness Coaching:MASTERY
Terms & Conditions

Level Up Mental Fitness Coaching  is an executive coaching & mentorship program specially designed to help business leaders and executives improve their performance in high pressure environments. This program may be delivered in person, virtually or in combination as required.

Program Scope

Level Up Mental Fitness Coaching is NOT intended to provide therapeutic or rehabilitative support for any psychological or physical injury or illness of any kind. The advice, guidance and recommendations provided by Level Up Mental Fitness Coaches is not intended as clinical or medical direction and should not be construed as such.

 

Enrollment Costs & Cancellation

Level Up Mental Fitness Coaching is a 12 month virtual coaching program. All program registration fees must be paid prior to commencing the program. Early cancellation requests may only be made in writing and submitted to your Level Up Mental Fitness coach within the first 30 days of your program registration. If you decide to withdraw within the first 30 days, you may request a refund less a 10% administrative fee.

Any funds paid in access of this fee will be refunded within 10 business days. Programs cancelled anytime after 11:59pm on the 30th day following registration will not be refunded.Payments can’t be transferred to another person or program unless a written exemption is agreed upon by both parties.

Appointments

Program participants may schedule, change or modify their appointments via the online booking portal or an email to their coach, up to 24 hours prior to the start of their confirmed appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a deduction of the participant's appointment balance.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards. Clients remain responsible for the full program registration fee until it is paid in full. It is your responsibility to ensure payment methods remain active and that all invoices are paid on time.

Late or Missed Payments

If a payment is missed, program access may be paused until your account is current. Repeated missed payments could result in removal from the program.

Your Commitment

We’re here to provide the tools, coaching, and support you need. Your growth will depend on your willingness to engage, apply what you learn, and stay consistent. We don’t guarantee outcomes, but we do promise to give you our best.

 

Ancillary Expenses

If on-site coaching or travel is required, associated costs  (including housing and transportation etc)  will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise mutually agreed.
