Mental Fitness Foundations
An 8-week online course is designed for the CEO/Client who is just beginning their journey to mental fitness. Participants will learn what mental fitness is, how it is developed and all of the skills, abilities, and benefits mental fitness has to offer. This course serves as the pre-requisite in order to apply for any Level Up Coaching Programs.

In Level Up: 1-on-1, participants will learn how to use the 6 Pillars of Mental Fitness to boost their performance, cope effectively with the demands of business and achieve their personal and professional goals. This program is delivered by Executive Mental Fitness Coach, Melanie Campbell, who offers over 2 decades of experience in corporate performance and leadership!
