Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking Program participants may schedule, change, or modify their appointments via online booking portal, up to 24 hours prior to the start of their confirmed appointment time. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in deduction of the participant's appointment balance. Package Cancellation Unless otherwise arranged, all program registration fees must be paid prior to commencing the program or per the agreed payment schedule. Early cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to your Level Up Mental Fitness Coach within the first 30 days of your program. Early cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of $1,500. Any funds paid in excess of this fee will be refunded within 10 business days.
